Over the course of his career, Bill has partnered with some of the industry’s top financial professionals, helping advisors build stronger businesses and better serve high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients. He is known for his ability to combine big-picture strategy with practical execution, offering a direct and thoughtful approach to growth, leadership, and long-term positioning.
Before joining Maeder Wealth Group, Bill held senior leadership roles where he coached and supported over 600 advisors across the Western Region. His work focused on helping firms evolve through stronger infrastructure, more intentional business development, and a deeper commitment to relationship-driven advice.

Based in Florida, Bill enjoys spending time with his wife and family on the weekends. He enjoys golfing and spending quality time on the boat fishing with his son and daughter
