Rina Nath’s career began far from Wall Street, in the high-stakes world of the diamond industry. She studied Business at California State University, Long Beach, and completed advanced studies in gemology at the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), graduating at the top of her class and earning recognition as a distinguished alumna.
Over more than two decades in luxury jewelry, Rina built her name on precision, discretion, and results. She worked alongside senior executives sourcing some of the world’s rarest stones and spent eight years in management within a multibillion-dollar independent jewelry enterprise owned by the Cargill-MacMillan family. She later served as Director of Operations for one of California’s largest and longest-standing luxury jewelry firms, strengthening infrastructure and driving performance at scale.
Today, Rina holds a central role in operations and executive strategy at Maeder Wealth Group. She partners directly with firm leadership on platform transitions, client onboarding, and compliance oversight. Her mandate is clear: build structure, eliminate inefficiency, and ensure execution without gaps. She translates vision into systems and momentum into measurable progress.
Outside of work, Rina believes excellence should extend beyond the office. She invests in meaningful time with her son, family, and close friends. You’ll find her securing reservations at restaurants worth the hype or unapologetically enjoying a well-earned splurge. Discipline and enjoyment are not opposites. She works hard, lives well, and believes both are earned.
